...Wow, The best online customer service, period... I recently ordered an auto-start system from you and ran into a problem with the main module. I have installed many of these units before and was worried when I found out that I had a bad component. I know many online companies would automatically put the blame on the customer or fall back to their ridiculously short RMA period.
